OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE
Each WRIT property has a courteous and professional maintenance team dedicated to addressing your maintenance needs. We will typically respond within 24 hours for requests received Monday thru Thursday and for requests received during the weekend, we will respond the following Monday. You also have the option to request a date and time, Monday thru Friday, for us to respond to a service issue.
We strive to provide our residents with a safe and comfortable building by performing continuous preventive maintenance of the building, grounds, exteriors, interiors, and mechanical systems. Twice a year we will schedule preventive maintenance in your home to perform a comprehensive inspection based on our preventive maintenance check list. Additionally, we reinvest in each of our communities to keep them up to date with newer styled buildings including interiors, and building systems.
Each community has available customer service questioners and each maintenance request receives a service survey that is sent directly to the Director of Residential Management. Through our commitment to quality and feedback we ensure a quality living environment for all of our residents.
